When you feel you are been too lazy lately it’s common and tempting to beat yourself up about it and to hope that will lead you to start taking action.

Shut Down The Escape Routes For The Meantime
In shutting down, first you need ask yourself where do I usually escape to instead of doing my work.
Most people would rather press their phones than to do the work waiting for them.
If you are in this gang, then you need to get rid of your phone for the time being and face the work waiting for you.
Find Your Motivation
One of the most common causes of laziness is lack of motivation, when you’re not determined enough to do something, you procrastinate.
This is precisely why you need to find your motivation, no matter if you plan to achieve something big or to complete a minor task.
Take A Small Chunk Of A Big Task
If something huge needs to be completed then break it into tiny pieces.
It is true that some of us have multitasking abilities and doing two things at once can help
them save a lot of time and trouble, others simply cannot focus on more than one thing.
This is precisely why it’s very important to take one step at a time, otherwise, you may feel overwhelmed and laziness will take over you.
Get Some Physical Exercise
Do not overlook the power of exercise! If you are chronically lazy, then the chances are that you do not exercise.
However, you will be amazed to see how refreshed you will feel after doing 30 minutes of running or doing any other form of cardiovascular training.
It’s important to start slowly and to gradually work your way through your exercise routine.
